摘要
以地租理论、空间需求曲线等为指导,应用地理信息技术,通过对南京市区大型超市空间分布与城市地价、交通条件和街道人口密度等之间的关系分析,探讨南京大型超市空间分布特征与成因,结果显示:南京城市大型超市大多位于土地价格适中的次一级商业中心;超市多分布在交通便利的主干道两侧或是交通节点;超市趋向于人口较密集的大型住宅小区而非人口密集的核心区。并且对南京大型超市服务半径作缓冲区处理,表明目前南京大型超市的服务半径约为700m,超市分布过于密集,竞争激烈。
Guided with the rent theory and spaces demand curve and using GIS,this article analyzes the relationship between the spatial distribution of large supermarket and land price,transportation and population density in Nanjing,and discusses the features and reasons of supermarket spatial distribution.The conclusions are as follows:first,most supermarkets are located the second level of commercial center.Second,most supermarkets are perched on both sides of main roads and traffic nodes which have convenient transportation.Then,supermarkets run to the large residential area rather than core area which is densely populated.Finally,by the buffer of service radius of supermarkets at GIS,the service radius of supermarkets in Nanjing is about 700m,and supermarkets are so densely that the competition is too intense.
