摘要
目的探讨循证护理实践在减轻恶性肿瘤患者癌痛中的作用。方法提出癌痛的相关问题,进行文献检索、查阅相关文献资料,获取癌痛的原因及减轻癌痛的方法 ,并将其运用到循证护理工作中,与常规护理进行比较。结果循证护理组与常规护理组患者治疗疼痛有效率相似(94%、90%),但对疼痛的治疗效果要优于常规护理组(P>0.01)。结论循证护理能有效地缓解恶性肿瘤患者的疼痛,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To probe into the effect of evidence based nursing（EBN） on relieving pain in patients with malignant tumors. Methods Rising questions related to the pain of cancer, searching and reading literatures, getting the reasons of pain and the methods of lessening pains. The methods were used in the EBN,and the effects were compared to the common nursing methods. Results The effective rate of EBN and common nursing is similar in relieving the pain of cancer（94% and 90% ,respectively）, but the therapeutic effect of EBN was superior to common nursing（ P 〈 0.05 ） for pain. Conclusion EBN can effectively relieve the pain of patients with cancer and improve their quality of life.
