施肥对文冠果养分吸收及土壤酶活性的影响 被引量:11

Effects of Fertilization on Soil Enzyme Activities and Nutrients Absorption in Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge

摘要 针对山东省棕壤山地丘陵区的养分状况,研究了施用有机肥和不同水平氮、磷肥对文冠果养分吸收及土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明:施用有机肥和氮、磷配施均能显著提高叶片的全氮、全磷含量,此外,施用有机肥还使叶片的全钾含量有显著提高。有机肥处理能够显著提高土壤中过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶、脲酶、酸性磷酸酶的活性。施用氮、磷肥抑制过氧化氢酶和土壤脲酶的活性,其抑制效应是高量氮、磷处理(N2P2)>低量氮、磷处理(N1P1),增强土壤蔗糖酶的活性,促进效应为低量氮、磷处理(N1P1)>高量氮、磷处理(N2P2),而对土壤酸性磷酸酶活性影响不明显。在山东省棕壤山地丘陵区,有机肥处理(M)对提高文冠果养分吸收及土壤酶活性的效果最好。 This paper studied the effects of the application of organic fertilizer and nitrogen-phosphorus fertilizer mixed in different level on soil enzyme activities and nutrients absorption in Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge cultivation orchard, on the condition of the characteristics of brown soil nutrients in hilly region of Shandong. The results showed that the content of nitrogen and phosphorus in leaves were significantly increased when applied either organic fertilizer or nitrogenphosphorus fertilizer. But the content of kalium was increased only by organic fertilizer. The hydrogen peroxidase,invertase,urease and acid phosphatase activity of organic fertilizer treatment were significantly improved by organic fertilization. The nitrogen-phosphorus fertilizer mixed in different level treatment inhibited the soil urease and hydrogen peroxidase activity, the inhibitory effect was N2P2〉N1 P1, while it enhanced the soil invertase aclivity, the effect to soil inverlase activity of promotion was N1P1〉N2P2, and the activity of acid phosphatase had no obvious change. According to the soil enzyme aclivities and nutrient absorption of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge situation, the optimum amount of fertilizer was the M treatment in hilly region of Shandong.
