摘要
对负载下碳纤维(CFRP)与钢板复合加固钢筋混凝土梁的抗弯性能进行了试验研究和破坏模式分析,提出了复合加固梁的抗弯承载力公式。通过试验和理论分析可知,复合加固大大提高了梁的抗弯承载力,并且负载对其抗弯承载力影响不大,当复合加固梁的破坏为CFRP拉断时,其抗弯承载力几乎不改变,并在此基础上分析了负载对粘钢、CFRP和复合加固3种加固方式的影响。结果表明,对于低强度混凝土梁,负载对粘钢加固梁影响最大;而对于高强度混凝土梁,负载对CFRP加固梁影响最大。从加固设计角度考虑,低强度混凝土梁建议采用粘钢加固,而高强度混凝土梁建议采用复合加固。
The experimental research on flexural performance of reinforced concrete beams combination strengthened with bonded carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) and steel plates and analysis of failure modes had been performed, the formula of the flexural capacity was put forward. Experimental research and theoretical analysis results show that combination strengthened method can effectively improve the flexural capacity of RC beams, and the sustaining load has not obvious effects on the flexural capacity and it even hardly changes when failure is CFRP tensile rupture. On the basis of the analyses, the sustaining load influenceing bonded steel plates, CFRP and combination strengthening was also analyzed. The results show that the sustaining load has the greatest influence on lower strength concrete beams reinforced with bonded steel plates, however, has the greatest influence on the higher strength concrete beams reinforeed with CFRP. In the view of strengthened design, lower strength concrete beams reinforced with bonded steel plates and higher strength concrete beams reinforced with combination strengthened are suggested.
