摘要
综述了油脂的营养功能及其在日粮中的作用、非反刍动物与反刍动物消化代谢油脂的特点、油脂对畜禽生产性能的影响及防止其氧化酸败的措施,并指出了今后的研究方向。
The nutritional functions and effects of oil and fat
in the diets, the characteristics of digesting and metabolizing oil and fat for non-ruminants and
ruminants and the effects of oil and fat on the performance of domestic animals, as well as the
measures for preventing oil and fat from oxidative rancidity were expounded. And also the
research directions in the future were pointed out.
