摘要
利用粉煤灰等原料制备得保温材料。以抗压强度为指标,研究了影响粉煤灰保温材料的主要因素。结果表明:当硅灰掺量为5%,氢氧化钠用量占液相质量的40%,水灰比为0.75,泡沫掺量为4%时,所得保温材料制品的抗压强度最高。实验结果为进一步利用粉煤灰等制备保温材料、进而改善制品性能奠定了良好的基础。
Products of thermal insulation material were prepared from fly ash in this research and the relationship between the compressive strength and the influential factors was systematically discussed.The compressive strength of the samples reached max when the dosage of silica fume was 5%,sodium hydroxide 40%,the solid-liquid ratio was 0.75 and the content of foam was 4%.The experimental results provided a good basis for preparing the thermal insulation material and improving it property.
