摘要
目的探讨服用阿司匹林肠溶片减轻喂部反应的有效方法。方法将100例需口服阿司匹林肠溶片的患者随机分成两组，实验组50例，阿司匹林肠溶片100mg早饭前口服，对照组50例阿司匹林肠溶片100mg早饭后口服。观察两组胃部反应情况。结果实验组胃部反应发生率明显低于对照组。结论饭前口服阿司匹林肠容片能有效预防胃部反应。
Objective To investigate the enteric-coated aspirin tablets to reduce the Ministry of effective ways to respond feed. Methods 100 patients required oral administration of enteric-coated aspirin tablets were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group of 50cases of enteric-coated aspirin tablets lOOmg orally before breakfast in the control group50cases of enteric-coated aspirin tablets lOOmg breakfast after oral administration.Response of the stomach were observed. Resutts Stomach response to the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group. Conctusion Oral aspirin before meals allow gut reaction film can effectively prevent stomach.
