摘要
                
                    目的探讨丹酚酸(Sal)B配伍丹皮酚对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤(MIRI)的保护作用。方法大鼠心肌缺血60min后再灌注90min造成大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型,测定给药后心肌组织匀浆、血浆中内皮素(ET)、血清中一氧化氮(NO)和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的变化,并通过病理组织学检查,观察SalB配伍丹皮酚5、10、15mg/kg对大鼠MIRI不同浓度和不同给药方法的治疗作用。结果Sa1B配伍丹皮酚,中、高剂量组均能减少心肌组织和血浆中ET的含量,提高NOS的活性,增加NO的释放(P<0.05)。结论SalB减轻大鼠MIRI可能是通过调节ET/NO系统的平衡,维持冠脉血管张力,改善心肌能量代谢障碍实现的。
                
                Objective To investigate the protective mechanism of salvianolic acid B(Sal B)combined with paeonol on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury(MIRI)in rats.Methods MIRI model was induced by ischemia for 60 min and then reperfusion for 90 min.After shuangdan capsule treatment by 5,10,15 mg/kg respectively,endothelin(ET)levels in plasma and the homogenate of myocardial tissue,and serum levels of nitric oxide(NO)and NO synthase(NOS)were measured.Meanwhile,the pathological changes of myocardial tissue were also observed.Results Compared with the model group,middle-dose and high-dose Sal B combined with paeonol could decrease the ET levels in the plasma and the myocardial tissue,and increase the content of serum NOS and NO(P〈0.05).Conclusion Sal B combined with paeonol could regulate the balance of ET/NO systems,maintain the tension of coronary artery and improve the energy metabolism of myocardial tissue.
