体外受精-胚胎移植后流产原因分析及防治措施 被引量:1

摘要 辅助生殖技术(assisted reproductive technology,ART)是目前治疗不孕不育的重要手段,但长期以来临床上一直受到胚胎种植率低、妊娠后流产率高的困扰。文献报道,早期自然流产率在ART妊娠后高达25%,而自然妊娠者为10%-20%,因此对ART妊娠后流产原因进行分析并采取相应的防治措施,对提高助孕成功率、降低出生缺陷具有重要的临床意义。
