摘要
对新世纪的中国社会与中国人来说,实现科学创新是实现中国社会—文化—人的现代化的一个充要条件。在对科学文化做简洁阐述的基础上,对科学文化精神以及科学原创力进行了分析考证。
In the new century Chinese society and Chinese people, the realization of scientific innovation is the realization of Chinese soci- ety - Culture - the modernization of a necessary and sufficient condition. In this paper, elaborated on the scientific and cultural make simple, based on the cultural spirit of science and scientific originality analyzed textual research.
