摘要
20世纪70年代之后,随着传统的西方马克思主义逐渐走向衰落,美国的马克思主义开始焕发出勃勃生机。经过近四十年的发展,美国马克思主义在派别上的分野已经变得清晰、明朗,主要有分析的马克思主义、生态学马克思主义、后现代马克思主义、新黑格尔主义的马克思主义、辩证法的马克思主义等派别,它们代表了当前美国马克思主义的主流,其观点反映了美国马克思主义的整体风貌。这些派别虽然相互之间存在相对清晰的理论边界,但在某些方面却有着相似的特征,在近年的理论进展中更有相互开放和融合的趋势。同时,美国马克思主义越来越重视将重大现实问题纳入到理论创造的逻辑中来,由此开辟更为开阔的马克思主义发展空间。与传统的西方马克思主义相比,美国马克思主义无论是在宏观上还是在微观上都发生了重要的变化,代表了西方国家马克思主义发展的新的历史和逻辑阶段。
After 1970s, American Marxism begins to bloom along with the decline of Western Marxism. From 1970s until today, American Marxism develops with the division of different schools. Ana- lytical Marxism, ecological Marxism, post-modern Marxism, new Hegelian Marxism and dialectical Marxism are the main currents of American Marxism. Analytical Marxism turns to the research on political philosophy in recent years. Ecological Marxism develops ecological economics with the discussion of Paul Burkett and John Bellamy Foster. Post-modern Marxism focuses on the research on dialectics, space and disparate development in the context of globalization. New Hegelian Marxism which is represented by Norman Levine, interprets Marx in the light of Hegel. Dialectical Marxism which refers to the study of Bertell Ollman, regards the dialectics of Marx as inter-relation theory. There are relatively clear theoretical boundaries among all these schools, some schools, however, have similar features. Some schools tend to be open to each other and merge together. American Marxism, which is different from Western Marxism, represents a new phase of Marxism in Western countries historically and logically. We should examine it according to its issues and frames.
