摘要
用并流共沉淀法制备一系列合成二甲醚用催化剂CuO-ZnO-ZrO2/HZSM-5,采用XRD,TPR和反应活性评价等考察了沉淀介质pH对催化剂还原行为和活性的影响.结果表明,沉淀介质pH对催化剂的晶形和还原性能有很大影响,在pH=9时,催化剂易于还原,活性较高.并用Coats-Redfern方法得出合成二甲醚铜基催化剂的还原动力学参数.
A series of CuO-ZnO-ZrO2/HZSM-5 catalysts for dimethyl ether(DME) synthesis from syngas are obtained by a parallel flow co-precipitation. Effect of co-precipitation pH on reduction behavior is studied. Activity of catalyst for DME synthesis is evaluated in a fixed-bed reactor. The results show that co-precipitation pH has an effect on phase and reduction behavior. When pH is 9,the catalyst is reduced easily and has high activity. The kinetics parameters of reduction for the catalysts are obtained by Coats-Redfern method.
