银胡抗感合剂醇沉工艺的优化 被引量:1

摘要 目的:优选银胡抗感合剂最佳醇沉工艺。方法:以绿原酸含量为考察指标,对影响醇沉的因素如醇沉温度、醇沉时间和水提膏密度进行单因素考察。结果:银胡抗感合剂最佳的醇沉工艺条件为:水提膏浓缩至相对密度为1.18后,在温度为30℃时加入适量的乙醇使含醇量为60%,醇沉4h。结论:优选出的醇沉工艺稳定、可行,可以为工业生产提供参考。 Objective To optimize the process of alcohol precipitation from the Yinhu Kanggan mixture. Methods With the volume of chlorogenic acid as the indexes, studying the single factor of the alcohol precipitation as the temperature, alcohol precipitation time and the density of aqueous ointment. Results The most optimal alcohol precipitation conditions were as follows: concentrate aqueous ointment until its density is 1. 18, when its temperature is 30℃, add alcohol brought concentration of ethanol at 60%, precipitated 4h. Conclusion The optimal technology of the alcohol precipitation was stable and feasible, which could be provided reference for production.
