摘要
将刺葡萄运动饮料、"佳得乐"冰橘味运动饮料和生理盐水分别灌胃小鼠,连续灌胃20d后,进行小鼠负重游泳试验,测定运动后血乳酸、丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶、肝糖原和血清尿素氮含量。结果表明:与对照组相比,刺葡萄运动饮料能显著延长小鼠游泳时间(P<0.05),使小鼠运动后血乳酸含量和丙二醛含量的增加值明显下降(P<0.05),使小鼠肝糖原含量和超氧化物歧化酶含量显著增加(P<0.05),因此可推论由于刺葡萄运动饮料中含有原花青素和白藜芦醇这类活性物质,从而使其具有明显的抗疲劳作用。
Mice were given brier grape beverage for sports,'JiaDeLe' orange flavor beverage and physiological saline for 20 days in separated group.Mice swimming with loads examination were made and levels of blood lactic acid,malonaldehyde,superoxide dismutase,liver glycogen and serum urea nitrogen were measured.The results showed that the loaded swimming time of mice in experiment groups was significantly prolonged as compared with that in control group(P0.05).The content of blood lactic acid and malonaldehyde:after swimming in test group increased lesser(P 0.05),and the activity of SOD and the content of liver glycogen were increased significantly.Which inferred that brier grape beverage for sports has an anti-fatigue effect.The mechanism may be it has abundant of proanthocyanidin and resveratrol.
