超临界流体萃取是一种新型的萃取分离技术,广泛应用于食品、医药、石油化工、环保和皮革工业等领域。综述了超临界流体萃取技术的基本原理、特点、应用情况及发展前景。
Supercritical fluid extraction （ SFE）, a kind of new extraction and stripping technique, are used in the food - stuff, medical, petrochemical industry, environmental protection, leather industry and other fields. The basic principles, characteristics, applying situation and developing prospect of the SFE technique was introduced.
