摘要
对采自新疆尉犁蛭石矿的工业蛭石样品采用微波加热法进行了微波膨胀研究,研究了在不同微波功率和作用时间条件下工业蛭石的体积膨胀率、密度和质量变化,并对制备的膨胀蛭石进行了XRD分析。结果表明:在一定的微波功率条件下加热一定时间后,可使工业蛭石样品膨胀。工业蛭石的失重和膨胀倍数随微波功率的增大和作用时间的延长而增大,而堆积密度减小。随着微波功率的增加,达到相同膨胀倍数时所需的时间变短。采用微波加热法,所采工业蛭石样品的最大膨胀倍数约为4.5左右。膨胀蛭石具有与金云母相似的晶体结构。
Based on the expandable character of vermiculite with the application of heat,the industrial vermiculite samples from Weili Mine of Xinjiang District were expanded by microwave method.The exfoliation rate、weight and density changes on industrial vermiculite under different microwave powers and the times were studied,and phase of the expanded vermiculite sample was also analyzed by XRD.Experimental results indicated that the industrial vermiculite samples could be expanded when microwave power and the heating time reach a certain point.The exfoliation rate and the lost weight quantity of the expanded vermiculite increased with increasing of the heating time,and that the density decreased.As the microwave power increased,the time that the industrial vermiculite reached the same exfoliation rate became shorter.The maximum exfoliating rate of the sample was 4.5 times with the application of microwave power.The expanded vermiculite sample had a similar crystal structure as phlogopite.
