摘要
对话是一种交流方式、一种思维方式,也是一种教育方式。思想政治教育具有复杂性、长期性、非灌输性和人格依赖性等特点,对话正好适用这些特性,能够解决思想政治教育存在的问题,使思想政治教育达到最佳效果。对话式思想政治教育在形式和内容上体现了自身特色,同时对教师的教授方式、人格和能力以及学校的管理、评价机制等均提出了相应的要求。
Dialogue is a form of communication, a way of thinking and also a kind of educational method. The Education of ideology and politics has such characteristics as complicated, long-termed, non-indoctrinatory and personality-dependent. The dialogue, exactly applying to these features, can solve the problems in the education of ideology and polities and make the education achieve the best effect. The conversational education of ideology and polities reflects its own characteristics in the form and content, meanwhile, it also puts forward the corresponding requirements to the teaching manner, personality and competence of the teachers as well as the administration and evaluation mechanisms of the school.
