摘要
                
                    运用文献资料法、访谈法和系统法,从健美操教育思想、原理出发,对健美操人文教育原理和科学教育原理作了系统分析。具体研究了健美操人文教育的机制、原则和内容,以及健美操科学教育原理的内涵和内容。旨在创新健美操教育理论体系,加强健美操文化建设,为高校健美操教学改革提供理论依据。
                
                Using literature review,interview and systematic analysis,this paper analyzed humanistic education and scientific education of aerobics systematically from its educational thoughts and principles.In detail,it studied the mechanism,principle and content of humanistic education as well as the connotation of scientific education,aiming for innovating the educational theory of aerobics,strengthening its cultural construction and providing theoretic basis for aerobics teaching reform.
