摘要
大学生在刚刚跨入大学校门的时候,面对新的学习和生活环境,大多会出现不适应大学生活的情况。文章结合90后化工类专业新生的特点,对始业教育的内容、组织形式进行探讨。对于他们的环境适应力,缩短角色转换的适应期,使之尽早融入到大学生活起着非常重要的作用。
When facing new learning and living environment, most of the freshmen can not get with it. The paper discussed the contents and implementation of the entrance education by the characteristics of 90s freshmen majoring in chemical engineering related. It played important role for them in adapting university life quickly, promoting adaptation ability and shortening the period of role-transmission.
