升主动脉根部置换术临床应用效果观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的观察升主动脉根部置换术临床应用效果。方法对24例升主动脉根部瘤合并主动脉瓣轻重度关闭不全和8例冠状动脉开口、主动脉瓣受累的Stanford A型胸主动脉夹层患者,采用升主动脉根部替换术治疗。结果本组住院期间死亡2例;30例治愈出院,随访4个月~5 a,1例死亡,失访2例,余27例生活质量良好。结论升主动脉根部置换术治疗升主动脉根部瘤、Stanford A型胸主动脉夹层有效。
