摘要
目的探讨一种气管插管辅助装置在心肺复苏中的临床应用价值。方法在常规应用喉镜不能看到声门的15个心肺复苏病例，应用该装置辅助气管插管，记录气管插管成功率及所需时间，并观察并发症发生情况。结果15例患者在1分钟内全都插管成功，无重大并发症。结论该种气管插管辅助装置能安全、快速、有效地提高气管插管的成功率。
Objective to investigate the clinical significance of a tracheal intubation assist device in the application of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods In 15 cases of cardiopulmonary resuscitation which can not be saw the glottis by laryngoscope were applied the device to assist tracheal intubation, Then to Record the success rate of tracheal intubation, the time-consuming and to observe the occurrence of complications. Results Successful intubation in 15 patients within 1 minute, no major complications. Conclusions The device was a safe, fast and effective way to improve the successful rate of tracheal intubation.
