Prediction of the safe storage period of distillers' grains

摘要 酒糟自燃火灾时有发生,酒糟的消防安全存储问题值得关注。采用分段试验、分类合并的方法获得酒糟温度一时闯变化规律。测试了4个温度段,用最小二乘法分别拟合出低温区和高温区两类线性方程,进而得出了酒糟自燃临界温度为80~83℃,酒糟消防安全存储期为97d,酒糟自燃期为118d,为酒糟消防安全存储与管理提供科学依据。 Fires caused by spontaneous combustion of distillers' grains happen now and then. The problem of the safe storage of distillers' grains deserves attention. The temperature-time curves of distillers' grains in 4 different temperature stages were measured on the basis of stage experiments. 2 linear equations of low temperature zone and high temperature zone were fitted respectively by minimum square method. The result is that the spontaneous combustion critical temperature of distillers' grains is 80-83℃, the safe storage period is 97 days, and the spontaneous combustion cycle is 117 days. This result will provide a scientific base for the safe stor age and management of distillers' grains.
