摘要
现有MEA法回收烟气中的CO2工艺存在能耗较高的情况。本研究开展了CO2脱除工艺的节能研究。通过在吸收塔中添加一股循环物流,对工艺流程做了改进。采用商业软件Pro/Ⅱ,在全流程模拟的基础上采用不同再沸器热负荷操作条件,对改进前后的工艺进行了模拟研究,并对模拟结果进行了分析。结果表明:改进后烟气脱碳工艺流程,在较低的再沸器热负荷条件下,提高了CO2的脱除率,收率提高5.0%~14.3%,提高了CO2产量。在对收率要求不高条件下,再沸器热负荷降低7.5%~8.1%,节省了高压蒸汽,节能降耗效果明显。
The existing process of the recovery of low-concentration CO2 in flue gas using MEA scrubbing consumes substantial amount of energy. In this paper,an energy saving technology of CO2 desorption process was proposed. The process was improved by adding a cycling stream in the absorber. Desorption effect in different process before and after improvement in the operating conditions of different reboiler's thermal loads were simulated by commercial software Pro /Ⅱ. The simulation results of two different process were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the process after optimization could increase the desorption rate of CO2 in lower reboiler's thermal load,save the high pressure steam and reduce energy consumption of the process obviously.
