摘要
高职教师的专业化和专业发展迫切需要研究和制定高职教师专业能力标准,标准制定的依据主要包括:理论依据是指关于教师知识和教师胜任力的理论研究;参照标准即国家法律和国内外教师专业能力标准;现实基础是高职教育的本质特征与高职教师的特殊性。
The professionalization and professional development of higher vocational school teachers put forward urgent demand for study and making professional ability standard, and sufficient accordance is the prerequisite for standard making. The making of professional ability standard for higher vocational school teachers mainly include three aspects： the theoretic accordance mainly indicates theoretic study on teachers＇ knowledge and competence; the reference standard mainly include national legislation and various teachers＇ professional ability standards in China and abroad; the reality basis are the essen tial characteristics of higher vocational education and the particularity of higher vocational school teacher.
