Effective observation on treating chronic urticaria with desloratadine

摘要目的：评价地氯雷他定治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的疗效及安全性。方法：采用开放式临床验证的方法，疗程4周，5级评分评价疗效，记录不良反应。结果：共调查地氯雷他定治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹80例，治疗后第1、2、4周后总有效率分别为60．1％、78．8％、90％。不良反应最多见为嗜睡，全部在3d内出现，未见任何心脏不良反应。结论：地氯雷他定是一种有效、安全的治疗慢性荨麻疹的新型抗组胺药物。
