摘要
硫化氢为剧毒气体,也是强腐蚀性物质,对天然气井场安全构成威胁,有必要对天然气中硫化氢进行实时监测,为预防硫化氢的毒害提供定量依据。认为选择碘量法作为现场监测硫化氢含量的方法比较好;在实际应用中,对碘量法进行了改进,提出①采用专用恒温箱进行冬天硫化氢现场监测,②低含量硫化氢监测可适时减少取样量,③根据硫化氢含量高低控制取样流速。
Hydrogen sulfide was a serious poison gas,and also a corrosive material,it threatened oilfield safety,therefore it was necessary to carry out a real-time detection on hydrogen sulfide in natural gas to provide a basis for quantitative analysis for preventing its hazards. It is considered that iodimetry is suitable for field detection of hydrogen sulfide content,in application,the method of iodimetry is improved,it is proposed that①a special thermostat is used for detecting hydrogen sulfide content in winter; ②less sampling is used in real-time detection of low hydrogen sulfide content; ③the sampling flowing rate should be controlled according to the size of hydrogen sulfide content.
