摘要
本文研究了服务全球化背景下我国服务贸易的竞争力与发展战略问题。尽管从纵向看,全球服务贸易增长幅度很快,但从横向比较来看,服务全球化的相对水平仍偏低。目前,我国服务贸易出口仍多集中于运输、旅游等传统服务业,而在金融、保险和专利使用等技术含量高的现代服务领域竞争力偏低,中国的服务贸易在全球并不处于领先地位,甚至和印度等国的竞争力指数比较还处于劣势。本文认为,中国开放型经济已有模式最大的问题是,我们主要是依靠廉价要素参与国际分工,而不是企业参与国际竞争,所以我国"走出去"能力"先天不足"。未来服务贸易的发展,应避免货物贸易走过的弯路,探索符合国情和世情、兼顾经济与政治的"大国"模式。
We analyze competitive power and development strategy of China's service trade under the background of service globalization. Service trade has been one of the important parts and latest characteristics of economic globalization. But its relative level is still low than trade of goods. China's service trade is not in the leading position in the international trade. Its competitive power index is even lower than India. The problem of China's opening-up model is that the production factors instead of companies take part in the globalization, so it is difficult for China's companies to go global now. The strategy of service trade development is to explore the great nation model. Related research should be reinforced and deepened.
