摘要
采用纳米SiO2作为阻燃剂,使用氢氧化钠/硫脲/尿素/水溶液作为纤维素的溶剂,通过共混法制得了阻燃纤维素膜,并对阻燃纤维素的阻燃性能和热性能进行了探讨和研究。通过水平燃烧实验和极限氧指数实验研究了阻燃纤维素膜的阻燃性能,并通过热重分析测试了其热性能。结果表明,阻燃纤维素膜达到了阻燃水平。
Regenerated cellulose fiber is wide in application but easy to be burnt, hence the fire-retardant properties is required. Various flame-retardant chemicals were proposed to add into the cellulose to gain the flame-retardant performance. Nano-SiO2 as a flame retardant was used and the cellulose was dissolved in a complex solvent of NaOH, thiourea and urea aqueous solution. The fire-retardant cellulose membranes were prepared by a mixing method. The combustion properties of the cellulose membrane were tested with horizontal burning experiment and Limit Oxygen Index(LOI). The thermal properties were tested by Thermogravimetry (TG). The results indicated that the the limit oxygen index of the membrane reached the fire-retardant standard(LOI≥27) .
