摘要
综合实验是把基础理论知识,各种实验技能和实验方法加以归纳、分析、相互渗透的一种有效的实验形式,综合实验的开设对培养学生的创新意识和实践能力具有重大意义。对文献中的苯偶姻合成方法进行筛选和改进,设计并实现了5种合成苯偶姻的实验方案,探讨了合成苯偶姻的方案、实施和效果。
Comprehensive experiments are effective teaching means to integrate basic theories with various experimental skills,and to improve students＇ innovative and practice abilities.After modification of reported syntheses of benzoin,five experimental methods were designed and realized.The teaching effects of the projects,practice and teaching results are discussed.
