Cement Sample Parameters Determination in On-Line Prompt Gamma Neutron Activation Analysis with Monte-Carlo Method

摘要 针对成都理工大学核地球物理与地球化学研究室研制的在线瞬发γ中子活化分析(PGNAA)装置,利用MCNP程序对水泥样品进行模拟计算分析,得到瞬发γ射线产额随样品厚度和样品形态(块状、颗粒、粉末等)的变化关系。根据模拟结果,确定样品厚度以17 cm为宜,并应在在实际分析前将水泥生料粗加工成细颗粒状。 Based on the prompt gamma neutron activation analysis(PGNAA) system device developed by the nuclear geophysical and geochemical research room,Chengdu University of Technology,MCNP process was adopted to simulate and calculate cement sample parameters.Results of calculations showed that the relationship between prompt γ yield and the sample's thickness and shape(massive,granules,powders,etc.) was obtained.According to the simulation,the optimal sample thickness is determined to be 17 cm and the cement raw materials should be processed into fine particles before application in the actual analysis of PGNAA.
