摘要
红光低噪声激光器在很多方面有着重要的应用,实现低噪声的方法很多,如环形腔法、扭摆模腔法、标准具法等等,以上方法要么结构复杂要么损耗很大,不适合小型化,产品化。研究报道了一种利用Nd:YVO_4激光器的偏振特性和Ⅱ类临界相位匹配LBO作为倍频晶体构成双折射滤光片的方法实现低噪声红光激光输出,在注入泵浦功率2W的情况下获得61mW的671nm低噪声红光输出,光一光转换率3%,该结构简单、紧凑,适合用于中低功率激光器。
Low noise 671nm red laser was used in many field. There are many configuration can achieve low noise red laser, such as ring cavity laser, twist mode cavity laser, put a etalon in the laser cavity and so on, but there are many disadvantage in the setup of above. A kind of birefringent filter configuration was achievement by type Ⅱ critical phase-matched LBO and Nd:YVO4 crystal. When the pumping power input into Nd:YVO4 is 2W,61mW 671nm red laser with low noise was obtained. This configuration is very simple, compact which is suit for medium and low power laser.
