摘要
急性上呼吸道感染是内科常见病，多由病毒感染引起。目前以应用利巴韦林等常用抗病毒药物治疗为主。笔者给予患者静脉滴注双黄连粉针剂进行治疗，取得良好疗效，现报道如下。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Shuanghuanglian injection in treating acute upper respiratory tract infection. Methods The 60 cases of acute upper respiratory tract infections were randomly divided into two groups,the control group routine use of ribavirin injection,the observation group was given intravenous injection Shuanghuanglian. Once a day ,treatment for 3 to 5 days. Results The disappearance time of the observation group of patients cough,sore throat and body temperature returned to normal were significantly shorter than the control group,the cure rate has improved significantly. Conclusion Shuanghuanglian injection can be effective treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection, can shorten the duration of the main symptoms of the patient condition.
