摘要
分析了零件族主模型特点,把主模型接口信息定义为基于形状特征的几何特性信息、支持工艺设计的工艺信息、实现自动化装配的装配约束信息等3类,分别给出了定义及存储的方法和规则,实现接口信息的自动获取。提出对主模型结构进行合理性检验的方法流程,保证主模型的拓扑结构能满足所有零件实例使用。采用二叉树结构形式表达装配BOM并定义其装配序列,利用零件族主模型的自动化接口数据,实现了在异构CAD系统中的产品自动装配,有利于产品的创新设计和配置设计实现。
Part family's master model characteristic was analyzed,and the master model interface information was defined as three types of information: geometric information based on shape feature,process information and assembly constraint information supporting automatic assembling.The methods and rules to define and store these information were given,and these interface information was acquired automatically.The process to check the master model's structure reasonableness was provided to ensure the part family's master model meet all the parts in the family.Binary tree structure was used to express the assembly BOM and define the assemble sequence.All these part family's master model automatic interface data were used to realize the product which was assembled automatically in heterogeneous CAD system.It is conducive to product innovation design and configuration design.
