骨伤灵胶囊药效学试验研究

摘要 目的研究骨伤灵胶囊对大鼠骨折愈合的影响。方法采用大鼠机械性骨折,观察骨伤灵胶囊的接骨作用及对血液流变学的影响;采用小鼠耳肿胀模型,观察了骨伤灵胶囊的抗炎作用;采用小鼠醋酸扭体试验,观察了骨伤灵胶囊的镇痛作用。结果骨伤灵胶囊对闭合性骨折大鼠骨痂生长有促进作用,加快骨折愈合,并可降低全血粘度,改善血液循环,降低骨折大鼠碱性磷酸酯酶含量,对二甲苯所致小鼠耳壳肿胀有明显抑制作用,对0.6%醋酸所致小鼠疼痛有明显镇痛作用。结论骨伤灵胶囊能促进大鼠骨折的愈合,具有明显的抗炎和镇痛作用。 To research the effect of the Gushangling Capsule on fracture healing of rats METItODS Using mechanical fraeture in rats,observe bone-knitting of Gushangling Capsule and its effects on hemorheology;Using mice ear swelling model,observe the effect of the gushangling capsule on anti-inflammatory~ Using writhing test in mice,observe the effect of the gushangling capsule on analgesic. RESULTS The Gushangling Capsule have effects on promoting the growth of the callus of dosed fracture rats,reducing the whole blood viscosity,improving blood circulation,reducing the alkaline phosphatase level in fractured rats,inhibiting the mice ear swelling caused by xylene,and reducing obviously the mice pain induced by 0. 6% acetic acid. CONCLUSION The gushangling capsule can promote fracture healing of rats,with significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.
