创建平安医院在医院持续发展中具有重要意义。南京医科大学附属南京第一医院从医疗质量、医患关系、安全保障等方面入手,开展多项创新工作,安全状况明显好转,医患关系更加和谐,逐渐形成平安医院建设的长效机制。
To develop＇a security hospital is of great importance in sustainable development of a hospital. Many innovative jobs have been carried out in the authors＇hospital by improving the medical care quality, physician -patient relationship, general security and so on. As a result, there have been a much better safety environment and more harmonious physician - patient relationship and a long - term mechanism is taking shape in developing a security hospital.
