摘要
目的探讨护理干预前后2型糖尿病患者安全用药知识行为的改变及影响程度。方法将148例糖尿病患者对安全用药知识的掌握情况予以统计,然后针对常见的用药安全问题进行为期1年的护理干预。将干预前后安全用药知识知晓率和行为率进行比较。结果干预后患者对安全用药和行为的知晓率均显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论护理干预能有效提高糖尿病患者的健康知识、遵医行为、促进其建立健康生活方式和积极对自身病情进行监测方面有重要意义。
Objective To probe into the change of diabetes patients knowledge and behavior of safe medicine-taking before and post nursery intervention.Methods We surveyed a total of 148 diabetes patients for their knowledge of medicine-taking safety and carried out a 1-year psychological intervention in terms of the common problems of medicine-taking safety.Results After psychological intervention,the diabetes patients＇ knowledge and behavior of safe medicine-taking improved remarkably（P0.001）.Conclusion Nursery intervention can effectively boost diabetes patients＇ knowledge and behavior of safe medicine-taking and promote their healthy living and their active monitoring of their disease development.
