摘要
综合论述了聚丙烯腈基(PAN)碳纤维电化学表面改性处理研究的发展现状,对比分析了碳纤维电化学改性处理法的研究内容及表征手段,指出了存在的问题,并展望了碳纤维表面电化学改性处理的研究前景。在碳纤维改性工艺参数的研究工作中,为了使实验结果有可比性,迫切需要一套标准来规范实验条件及性能表征方法,而为了更好地体现碳纤维复合材料的性能优势,仍需不断探索和研究碳纤维的电化学改性机理。为使复合材料的性能更好地达到应用要求,有必要提出碳纤维表面改性模型及界面理论。
The progress actualities of electrochemical surface modification of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) based carbon fibers are reviewed systematically. Especially, the current researches of electrochemical treatment and charac- terization methods are compared and summarized and the existing problems are pointed out. The development pros- pects of the electrochemical surface modification of carbon fibers are proposed. In order to compare the experimental results, a series of criterions are urgently needed in the research of technological parameters of carbon fiber modifica- tion. The mechanism of carbon fiber electrochemical modification should be explored and studied continuingly to repre- sents the advantages of properties of carbon fiber composite. Surface modification model of carbon fiber and interface theory are necessary to be suggested for the purpose of promoting the composite properties to satisfy the application demand.
