摘要
分析了物流产业联盟的本质-通过节省交易费用达到价值共享,进而阐述了价值是物流产业联盟的关键,因而在价值链基础上建立物流产业联盟有其必然性。根据物流产业联盟的形成机理,分析了联盟的七种形式。
The paper analyzes the nature of the industrial alliance of logistics, that is, a means to achieve value apportionment through transaction cost saving, and then it elaborates on why value plays an integral role in the industrial alliance of logistics and the inevitability of value chain as the foundation for its establishment. Finally the paper analyzes the seven forms of alliance according to the different forming mechanisms.
