摘要
对新升格地方本科院校应用型人才的内涵及培养应用型人才的重要性和必要性进行了认真思考,并就其应用型人才培养模式从科学定位、服务方向、师资建设、实践教学等方面结合新升格地方本科院校特点提出了一些建议,以对正在建设中的新升格地方本科院校有所启示。
This paper makes a clear definition of the applied talents and talks about the significance and necessity of cultivating the applied talents in newly upgraded universities. It puts forwards some constructive ideas about the applied talents cultivating mode from aspects of scientific orientation, service orientation, faculty development and teaching practice etc. for the newly upgraded Universities.
