摘要
根据飞机除冰作业标准的要求,提出采用燃油加热方式实现飞机除冰液的快速加热。通过理论分析,计算出换热器的必备燃油率和容积需求,根据计算结果给出飞机除冰液快速燃油换热器的基本结构。并对换热器的换热面积、换热管强度和换热效率进行理论计算和校核。最后通过试验验证所设计换热器的有效性。
The performance index of aircraft deicing fluid heater was proposed according to the requirement of aircraft deicing operation standard. An aircraft deicing oil burning heater structure was provided to fulfill the performance index of aircraft deicing fluid heater. The necessity oil burning rate and minimum capacity were calculated by theoretical analysis. The heat interchanging area, the strength of heat interchanging pipe and the heat interchanging effectiveness were calculated and checked. The experiment result was given.
