摘要
应用海南农丰宝肥料有限公司自主研发的复合生物菌剂对海口市白沙门污水处理厂的污泥进行发酵试验。结果表明,城市污泥堆肥通过接种复合生物菌剂,可以明显提高堆肥初期的发酵温度,延长高温持续时间,加快堆肥物料的水分挥发,缩短堆肥发酵周期,促进堆肥快速腐熟。试验产品无异臭味,总有效活菌数达到2×109个/g,符合GB20287-2006标准的要求,可用做城市污泥规模化堆肥发酵的生物菌剂。
Municipal sludge was collected from Baisamen Sewage Treatment Plant in Haikou and inoculated with a compound microorganism agent screened by Hainan Nongfengbao Fertilizer Co., Ltd. to investigate its fermentation during composting. The results showed that the compound microorganism agent increased obviously the temperature of the sludge compost during early period of fermentation, extended high temperature period for killing harmful pathogenic bacteria and roundworm eggs, accelerated dehydration of compost materials and the maturity of composting. As compared to the control, the sludge inoculated with the compound microorganism agent increased its fermentation temperature rapidly, 10~15 ℃ higher than that of the control, showed the highest temperature 5 days earlier, had the moisture content about 10% lower and arrived at the composting maturity 20 days earlier. The composted sludge had no bad smell, and had a total viable bacterial count of 2×109cfu/g which accords with the demands of the national standard of GB 20287-2006 and could hence be used as a fermenting agent for the treatment of municipal sludge on a large scale.
