摘要
结合某水力发电工程泄洪洞,利用FLUENT软件对其内流场按4种网格间距进行了网格划分、流场数值模拟,通过数值模拟的流量成果分析确定了网格无关解的最优网格间距,指出网格无关解是计算成果可用的前提;另外,数值计算的压力值与试验值符合较好,证明了如果网格划分合理,则FLUENT软件在计算流场压力方面具有很高的精度,基本可以满足工程需要;特别在多方案的修改优化中,FLUENT计算较试验具有省时、省力且成果规律性强等优点,可作为水工模型试验的辅助手段。
Gridding and flow field numerical simulation of the spillway tunnel of a water and hydropower project was made by use of the FLUENT software and according to 4 types of grid spacing. Through analysis of the flow results of numerical simulation, the optimal grid spacing is determined for the grid independent solution that is a premise for the calculation results to be usable. In addition, the pressure value of numerical calculation is quite consistent with the test value, which proves that if the gridding is reasonable, the FLU- ENT software should have a high accuracy in the calculation of flow field pressure and can basically satisfy the project requirements. Particularly in the optimization of many options, the FLUENT calculation is characterized by time and efforts saving, and strong regu- larity of results, therefore, it can be used as an aid for hydraulic model test.
