摘要
介绍了古龙酸的用途。综述了维生素C生产中古龙酸提取技术的演变过程和发展趋势。探讨了2-酮基-L-古龙酸的分离提取工艺。展望了古龙酸生产技术的前景。指出我国的维生素C生产应当重视分离新技术的研究与应用。
This paper introduced gulonic acid use and summarized the vitamin C production middle ages dragon acid extraction technology successional variation process and the trend of development.And it discussed 2-keto -L-gulonic acid separation extraction proces,and has foreseen gulonic acid production technology perspective.Then it pointed out that our country＇s vitamin C production must take seriously to separate new technical the research and the application.
