摘要
目的:观察全身麻醉复合硬膜外阻滞与全身麻醉在妇科腹腔镜手术中的麻醉效果。方法:40例ASAⅠ级和Ⅱ级妇科腹腔镜手术患者,随机分为A、B两组,A组为全身麻醉复合硬膜外阻滞;B组为全身麻醉。全身麻醉维持用丙泊酚、阿曲库胺和异氟醚吸入,记录两组全身麻醉维持药量,术中血流动力学变化,完全清醒的时间,拔管时间及清醒质量。结果:A组全身麻醉维持药量小于组B(P<0.01);A组MAP低于,HR慢于B组(P<0.05);A组术毕完全清醒时间,拔管时间短于组B(P<0.01);A组清醒质量明显优于B组(P<0.01)。结论:全身麻醉复合硬膜外阻滞有利于抑制妇科腹腔镜手术的应激反映,使全身麻醉药量减少,苏醒和拔管的时间缩短,有利于手术操作。
Objective Observe the anaesthesia effect of whole hemp compound film and whole hemps in the gynecology belly cavity mirror surgical operation. Methods Forty ASA I and II patients of the gynecology picks adate perioneoscope surgical operation. Random is divided into A set and B set.A：includes of the whole hemp,the blood enzyme Rinetics in the operations,the completely pipe and the awake quality.Results Whole numb maintenances measure A〈B （P.〈0.01）. MAP and HR A〈B（P〈0.05）.The awake time A〈B （P〈0.01） .The time of pull out the pipe A 〈B（P〈0.01） The awake quality A〉B（P〈0.01）. Conclusion All numb compound epidural anaesthesia is advantageous to repress gynecology perioneoscope surgical operation of meat an emergently reaction, p and pull out the pipe shorten. Be advantageous to a surgical operation.
