摘要
在传统方法的基础上扩展了电网供电可靠性评估准则,重点研究了同杆双回线共模故障、母线故障和重要变电站故障对电网供电可靠性的影响。在扩展供电可靠性评估准则下建立了定量分析计算的模型,并研究了模型的求解方法。最后,应用所研究的成果,对2010年华东某地区城市220~500kV电网规划方案的安全可靠性进行了评估,分析存在的薄弱环节,为规划方案的进一步修订提供依据。
The power supply reliability evaluation rules of the network is extended on the base of the traditional method. The influence of the common mode fault in the double line on the same pole, bus fault and key substation fault on the power supply reliability are emphatically researched. Following the extended evaluation rules, the calcu- lation model of quantitative analysis is established, its solving method is studied. In the end, the research result is applied to evaluate the security and reliability of the 220-500 kV network planning scheme in a certain city in east China in 2010, the weak parts of the scheme are analyzed which provedes basis for the further revision and amendment.
