摘要
采用频谱法对TRT中回转机械故障信号进行能量分析,提取出反映TRT运行状态的功率谱的特征向量和主要故障特征表,设计了监测和诊断软件的故障诊断模块。结果表明:利用故障信号的特征向量与故障特征表,通过相似性原理进行故障诊断是有效的。
Energy analysis on fault signals of rotary machinery in TRT by spectrum method was used, Extract feature vectors and main fault table of power spectrum that reflect running of TRT, The monitoring and diagnostic software of fault diagnosis module is designed. The actual diagnosis result shows that the fault diagnosis is effective by using the fault signal feature vector and fault table and similarity theory.
