摘要
目的:调查我院心脏外科I类切口围手术期抗生素应用现状,探讨提高抗菌药物的合理应用的方法。方法:对2008年1～12月心脏外科100例I类切口手术围术期抗生素使用情况进行回顾分析。结果:所有病例围术期均使用了抗菌药物,初次给药时机选用不合理的56例,占56%;术后持续使用疗程不合理的79例,占79%;抗菌药物选择不合理的4例,占4%;院内感染病例8例,细菌培养送检2例,送检率25%;抗菌药物联用情况较好。结论:心脏外科围术期抗生素使用存在一定的不合理应用情况,主要抗菌药物运用指征过宽、术前用药时机选择不当、预防用药时间过长和细菌培养送检率低等,故应加强对围术期抗生素的使用标准的执行力度,强化管理,规范其使用。
OBJECTIVE：To study the rational use of antibiotics drug during the cardiovascular surgery perioperative period of Xi-Jing hospital.METHODS：Analysis of 100 patients were provided with antibiotics during the cardiovascular surgery operation from January to December,2008.RESULTS：All of the patients were provided with antibiotics during operation period.The juncture of administer for first time unreasonable is 56,account for 56% ;postoperative medication of unreasonable is 79,account for 79% ;antibacterials alternative unreasonable is 4,account for 4% ;hospital onset of infection is 8,bacterial culture 2,checking-rate account for 25%.CONCLUSION：The antibiotics were abused during operative period,like antibacterials application unseverity,preoperative medication juncture unsuitable,etc,so it is very important to strengthen antibiotics drug application＇s management be corrected and reasonable to use during operative period.
