摘要
为了提高公路运价管理人员的工作效率,结合其管理业务中线路信息的特点,设计开发了基于GIS的公路运价管理信息系统。系统的结构采用C/S模式,使用ArcSDE和Oracle建立空间数据库,选择MapObjects进行二次开发实现客户端的应用。本文介绍了系统的功能设计和数据库设计,提出了用鼠标拣选公路创建线路的算法,并对系统实现中遇到的一些比较关键的问题及具体解决方案进行了阐述。
According to road line＇s characteristic, GIS technology is applied to the Road Carfare Management system. The system is designed to adopt a pattern of C/S. The spatial database is established based on ArcSDE and Oracle. MapObjects is chose as a tool to develop the client. The function design and database design of the system are introduced, and a method is put forward that is se lecting road using mouse to construct road line in GIS. Some important problems and solution in the system＇s realization are introduced too.
