摘要
目的:为基本药物的配送方式提供参考。方法:分析我国药品物流的特点,从基本药物配送权的确定原则和标准、配送商的数量、配送成本控制、配送回款问题的监控及基本药物的统一配送方面进行探讨,并提出建议。结果与结论:建议相关部门有必要拟定严格的配送商评选原则和标准,注重配送成本的控制,规范回款制度,以保证基本药物的"可及"、"可供"。
OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for the distribution of essential drugs. METHODS：The characteristics of pharmaceutical logistics in China were analyzed. Principal and standard for right of drug distribution,amount of drug distributor,cost of distribution and distribution account receipt were investigated as well as the uniform distribution of essential drugs in order to put forward suggestions. RESULTS CONCLUSION：It is suggested that principal and standard for right of drug distribution are confirmed and cost control of distribution,distribution account recept are standardized so as to make sure available essential drugs.
