Synthesis of Nano-Alumina Hydroxide from Liquid Paraffin Microemulsion

摘要 在液体石蜡微乳液中采用沉淀法制备了尺寸在20nm^30nm之间,粒度均匀,且分散性良好的球形纳米氢氧化铝颗粒。用TEM,XRD和DSC-TG等手段对产物进行了表征。结果表明样品主要以结晶形态存在,具有一定的疏水性,具有比较高的热效应温度,适合用作聚合物的阻燃剂。 Nano-Alumina Hydroxide with particle size in the range of 20 nm to 30 nm was synthesized with precipitation method from liquid paraffin microemulsion. The particles were spherical and well dispersed. The sample was characterized with TEM, XRD and DSC-TG. The results indicated that the particles were mainly crystalline. To certain extent, the sample was hydrophobic. The thermal effect temperature of the sample was relatively higher. These properties made the sample as a potential flame retardant for polymer.
